Our 2-week personal retreat program offers the perfect environment for solitude, introspection, reflection, and a change of pace from one’s regular day to day life.
We work with retreat participants in advance to design a personalized program for their stay. Students are free to refine or modify their retreat program during their stay to best meet their needs. Retreat programs include, over the course of two weeks, four private 1 – 1 ½ hour classes in yoga, pranayama, meditation, nutrition and chakra life lessons.
